- Shipping location and delivery time
Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Sweden.
Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days after placing an order for order review, stock preparation and shipment (holidays may be postponed).
Logistics partners: Cooperate with Swedish Post and international express delivery companies to ensure the safe delivery of packages.
- Delivery range and cost
Coverage area: Global delivery is supported (some countries/regions may be restricted, and the checkout page will automatically prompt).
Freight calculation: Freight is automatically calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. The final amount is displayed on the settlement page.
Free shipping policy: For orders within Sweden over 200 SEK, standard shipping is waived (subject to adjustment during promotional periods).
- Logistics tracking and delay handling
Tracking service: After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number. You can check the real-time progress through the [Carrier’s official website].
Delivery delay: Due to factors such as customs and weather, international parcels may be delayed by 1-2 weeks. Please allow some buffer time.
Unreceived package: If it has not been delivered by the estimated time, please contact gamile@uuphonecase.com for verification.
- Customs and Taxes
Responsibility Statement: International orders may incur customs duties/import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves (the Swedish shipper does not pay on behalf of the consignee).
Declared value: The actual payment amount of the order will be used for customs declaration. Please ensure the accuracy of the receiving information.
